High Quality Interior/Exterior PLUS Night-Time Photos.
+$50 for Properties over 5,000 Living Square Feet

Priority and Deferred Payments
Priority Photos are delivered within 6 hours of session completion.
Deferred Payment offers the majority of the charge due at/after closing with an additional upfront, non-refundable $50 fee.

Where do you operate?
We are currently serving the areas as north as Cape Canaveral, as and far South as Sebastian. However we may be able to travel further depending on our schedule.
What if I need the photos Same Day?
We offer a Priority Service for an additional fee of $50 and photos will be delivered with 6 hours.
What if there is bad weather?
We will reschedule at no charge to the next available day with good weather.
Do you offer assistance for New Realtors or those in Hardship?
Actually, I do!
For an upfront, additional charge of $50 I will take and deliver photos to be paid at/after closing for the remainder. Most Title Companies allow us to submit an invoice and contract so they can cut the check at closing. Best of all, it does NOT show up on your client's settlement statement.
What is your standard turn-around time to deliver photos?
All photos are delivered within 24 hours of the photo session, unless Priority Service is requested to receive them in 6 hours.
